Pamela M. Harper

As a member of the Advisory Board of Directors, Pamela Harper advises MFR on corporate governance, risk management, and operations. In addition, she serves as a subject matter expert on AI governance.

Harper brings over 35 years of private as well as public sector experience. Within the private sector, she served as Chief Compliance Officer for an institutional asset management firm as well as a Principal with PA Consulting’s Transport practice. Within the public sector, she served as the Deputy Director of Aviation for Marketing and Public Affairs for Philadelphia’s Airport System and subsequently as the Vice-Chair of the Airport’s Advisory Board.

She received her M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania’s Carey Law School and her A.B. from Princeton University.
