As Senior Manager of Software & Data Engineering for MFR Consultants, Victor Santoro leads enterprise technology initiatives focused on software development, cloud modernization, data engineering, digital transformation, and technology strategy. With more than 26 years of information technology experience, he has led numerous enterprise software implementations, technology assessments, cloud initiatives, data warehousing projects, systems integrations, and custom application development efforts across both public and private sector organizations. His technical expertise spans Microsoft Azure, RDBMS systems, enterprise architecture, and multiple modern software development languages and frameworks. Victor earned a degree in Information Technology from Mildred Elley College and holds multiple industry recognized technology certifications.
